After careful consideration and strategic planning, we unveil our new identity: Sought.

Formerly known as M11 Recruitment, this rebranding reflects our commitment to growth, innovation, and our relentless pursuit of excellence in the recruitment industry.

Why Sought?

 

"Sought" [verb] is the past participle of the verb "seek." It is used to indicate that someone or something has been actively looked for or pursued. When describing the action of searching or trying to obtain something, "sought" is the appropriate term. For example, if a recruitment agency is actively looking for talented individuals for a specific job, they might say they have "sought out the best candidates."

In general, "sought" is employed to convey the past tense of seeking or searching for something or someone.

 


What is Our Logo?

Our logo is ‘Sought.’ written in simple text with the full-stop resembling ‘completion’, ‘the definitive’ and being the ‘first and only choice’.

We describe the S as ‘linked’. We chose this because linking people, ideas, places, ambitions and opportunity, is what we do.

Our Icon Logo cleverly rotates our ‘linked S’ backwards slightly, and repositions our orange and blue full-stops to create two 'person icons' being linked together with the appearance of a handshake.



What’s Changed?

 

Not much. Rest assured, while our name is changing, our dedication to serving you remains unwavering. Our team, values, and commitment to excellence all remain intact. You can continue to expect the same level of professionalism, personalised service, and innovative solutions that you have come to associate with M11 Recruitment.

Long drawn-out processes have never, and will never, be our style. We believe that the recruitment process should be straight-forward, timely and rewarding. Our new identity reflects our commitment to delivering a simple, reliable, honest and transparent service.
